The film is set over three summers at The Westival, a fictional West Australian rural folk festival redoubtable local radio personality ‘Queenie’ (Szubankski) describes as “Australia in a tent”. It stars Robert Sheehan (perhaps best known as the lovable, foul-mouthed Nathan from UK series Misfits) alongside Home and Away alumnus Rebecca Breeds, playing young musicians falling in love against a wider collection of tales dealing frankly but humorously with a microcosm of contemporary discussion points, including Indigenous, immigration and refugee issues.

Rory Culkin, Robert Sheehan and 2017 Tony nominee Mary Beth Peil star in the story of a young jazz collector (Culkin) who plots to rob his wealthy grandmother (Peil) of a rare 78 record, but his plan is derailed when his accomplice (Sheehan) falls for the glamorous matriarch. Isabelle McNally, Elizabeth Peña, Jack Falahee and Brian Dennehy co-star.

Robert was seen with Sofia Boutella standing in photos for fans at the Toronto airport today. I have added a few HQ photos to the gallery.
